The hotel is very accessible. the staff are a highlight due to their hospitality and excellent service. i appreciated the clean rooms (especially the window seats). the car service was quick. My car was always ready when i needed it. valet parking was fast too.
The club lounge was a letdown. Noisy children detracted from the experience.

The breakfast buffet offers good variety. It can get busy after 9:00. the main restaurant buffet selection is somewhat limited, but fresh food for kids is available. the breakfast was superb and very comprehensive.

The swimming pool is a bit small for the number of guests (consider arriving early). there is a complimentary shuttle service to the beach. It picks you up outside the building where the pool is located. the gym is in a separate building.

The location is excellent. It is very close to a metro station. this made getting around very easy. it's a convenient spot for exploring the area, with several shops nearby (i found this useful).
